1908 "Grand Old Party" Taft and Sherman Presidential Tip Tray
A very nice EX-MT gold and black-colored tip tray featuring painted headshots of President William Howard Taft and his Vice President, James S. Sherman in ovals in front of the White House, with two crossed American flags behind them. At the top of the tray, "Grand Old Party" is written in gold, while the corresponding text at the bottom reads "1856 to 1908." On both sides, all the the previous GOP presidents names are listed. This is a beautiful display piece, with beautiful color and only slight wear around the edges.
