1909 John L. Sullivan Signed Photograph (PSA)
This mounted photograph of one of the most legendary fighters of all time is very pleasing, in EX-MT condition. It is signed in 7.5/10 black fountain ink at the bottom of the mount, "Compliments of John L. Sullivan to Frank Hall My Friend, Dec 25th 1909." The photo itself measures 4x5.25" and the total piece is 5.25x8" with mount, the back of the mount has some paper loss that in no way affects the front. Spanning the bare-knuckle era of the late-1800s, Sullivan is considered the last Heavyweight Champion of that genre, and the first in the era of boxing gloves. Comes with PSA LOA.
