1910 World Series Sporting Life Yearbook
This fantastic piece of baseball history from The Sporting Life painstakingly details many of the players and each of the games of the 1909 Baseball World's Championship in which the Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Detroit Tigers in seven games. Each game is thoroughly deconstructed with fascinating narratives and statistics, and includes descriptions/images of baseball greats Ty Cobb and John "Honus" Wagner. While the cover refers to the "1910" World's Championship, the yearbook actually describes the 1909 Championship. Condition is strong EX+.
