1910s Honus Wagner Pittsburgh Pirates Original Photograph by Paul Thompson (PSA Type I)
Taken by the famed Paul Thompson, this 6.25x7.5" Type I features a somber Honus Wagner intently staring at the presumed game in front of him. Taken from below and looking up at the future member of the Hall of Fame’s Inaugural Class, Wagner is in full uniform with hat and appears to be clean shaven. One can only imagine what must be going through his mind at that moment. Type I photo features a Paul Thompson stamp, Baseball Magazine Archive hologram and pencil writing on verso; presents well overall with only a few minor wrinkles.
