1911 Cincinnati Reds Opening Day -The Last Year of The Palace of the Fans

The asymmetrical ballpark known as The Palace of the Fans only existed for 10 years in Cincinnati, and this ticket stub from its final Opening Day is stamped with 1911 in red and dated Apr. 12. It appears terrific to the eye but has one crease, so technically it must be graded VG. In 1912, Redland Field - later known as Crosley Field - opened its doors and served as home to the oldest National League franchise.
