1912 Boston Red Sox Poster (16x24" framed)
Yes, once upon a time the Red Sox could beat the Yankees. Gorgeous vintage poster still resides in its original frame, where it has remained since Smoky Joe Wood, Tris Speaker, Harry Hooper and the boys took the World Championship. Great photo of the team is at bottom right (the young girl standing is noted in seating chart as Joe Wood's sister), with bold Red Sox pennant stretching across the top. Water-staining is evident at edges, and the paper has become wavy throughout, but you can't deny the splendor of the piece. It's a vintage beauty.
