1913 Ebbets Field Ticket Stub
One of the most beloved ballparks in history - Brooklyn's Ebbets Field - first opened its gates in 1913. From that inaugural season, this ticket stub is dated on the back "1913" in pencil, which corroborates with the markings. It was good for one admission in the grandstand for the cost of one dollar. The Dodgers were a lower-division club that season finishing in sixth place.
