1915 Brooklyn Dodgers Team Photograph (14x19" framed)
Was this a team, or was this a team?! That's superstar pitcher Rube Marquard fourth from the left in back, and Nap Rucker fourth from the right. The old man in the middle row is HOF manager Wilbert Robinson, and future HOF manager Casey Stengel is seated in a chair at far right. Zack Wheat sits between them. The image itself is essentially Mint--maybe the tiniest spot can be found if you look hard enough to the far left of the photo, but it could be covered by the body of an ant. The matting is not so fortunate, though the water-staining has given it a charming antiqued look that shouldn't offend even the most discriminating tastes--just the opposite in fact. All players are identified on the matte, as is the team and year. We love this piece, and certainly you will as well.
