1915 St. Louis Terriers Federal League Stock Certificate
The only known stock certificate known from this short lived Federal League team is a footnote in the history of baseball squeezed out by the formidable powers that make up the sport. Issued in 1915, the year they fought for their lives and brought a suit against the National and American leagues, but it languished in the courts. This handsome certificate has an official embossed corporate seal, is issued for 600 shares of capital stock and is signed by both the President and Secretary. This is the only one known to exist. Condition is EX-MT.
