1916 Cy Young For County Treasurer Political Campaign Card (SGC)
Everyone knows that Cy Young was a great pitcher but few know about his political career. After baseball, Young got involved in politics and even ran for office. In 1916, Young ran for County Treasurer in Tuscarawas Ohio. This extremely tough to find campaign card is 4.5x2.5", and reads "Denton T. (Cy) Young Republican Candidate for County Treasurer". Graded SGC Authentic yet it is at least excellent if not better. Now we know, Cy was a Republican.
