1919-1939 Dempsey v Willard 20th Anniversary Poster
Scarce window card exhibiting the 20th Anniversary of the famed Jack Dempsey v Jess Willard fight. The July 4th 1939 event showcased a baseball game between the Toledo Mud Hens and Columbus Red Birds with guest managers Roger Bresnahan and Cy Young. Dempsey and Willard would be the honorary umpires at the Swayne Field game. Faded but rare.
