1920's Chuck Dressen Game Worn Cincinnati Reds Cap

1920's Chuck Dressen Game Worn Cincinnati Reds Cap

Extremely rare style, and even tougher yet from the playing career of such a prominent baseball figure! From his brief playing days during the 1920's (only played from 1925-31) comes this all-original pinstriped Cincinnati Reds cap. Red felt "C" embroidered on front. The predecessor to the more modern baseball cap, the brim is much shorter. Inside leather sweat band is embroidered with his name, "Dressen". This is most defenitely vintage as the thread is stained to the exact color of the rest of the cap from age and use. Despite its antiquity, this rare piece of baseball equipment is fully intact and in good shape, showing wear mostly to the bottom and inside of the cap.
