1920's John Heisman Photograph
The man who devised the term "hike" and initiated the center snapping the ball back to the quarterback - John Heisman - is prominently featured seated on the left in this rare, original photo that measures 5" x 7" and is in EX condition. The innovative, Hall of Fame coach was plying his trade at the University of Pennsylvania at the time of this photo (1920-22), which is stamped "General Photo Service" (Philadelphia) on the back.
