1920 Walter Johnson Type 1 Photo Referencing His No-Hitter

1920 Walter Johnson Type 1 Photo Referencing His No-Hitter

Gorgeous Type 1 photo referencing the first-and-only no-hitter of Walter Johnson, inaugural Hall-of-Famer. Johnson won 417 games and at 32, in his 14th year for the Senators, pitched this gem on July 1, 1920 against the Red Sox. Johnson fanned 10 and won 1-0. Nice shot of the pitcher of whom Ty Cobb said, "Every one of us knew we'd met the most powerful arm ever turned loose in a ballpark."  Size 5x7"
