1920s-50s Boxing Exhibit Cards and Postcards (24)
Very nice grouping includes 17 Exhibit cards from the 1940's and 50's. Condition is very nice with most being EX-MT or better. These include Ray Robinson, Jake LaMotta (2), Antonio Rocca (only wrestler in the group), Joe Walcott, Kid Gavilan, Tony Zale, Archie Moore, Rocky Graziano, and more. From the 1920's there are three cards: one of Jack Dempsey in street clothes (G), one of Frankie Burns with postcard back (VG) and one of Billy Papke with postcard back (VG). Finally, a group of three postcards advertising the restaurants of Dempsey, Tendler and Galento with one additional promotional card featuring Dempsey's restaurant. The last four cards mentioned are VG-EX.
