1920s Baseball Magazine "Badge Medallion"
We call this piece a Badge Medallion because that is what the manufacturer called these items in their c.1913 catalog. Measuring 1.5 inches across with a baseball motif, and the name "BASEBAL MAGAZINE" in raised lettering on the front. The reverse reads "THE BASEBALL MAGAZINE CO. BOSTON, MASS" with "The Greenduck Co. CHICAGO" in tiny lettering along bottom. Small 3 inch leather strap with belt type closure. Likely a giveaway or possibly used by Baseball Magazine salespeople. Light tarnishing but still excellent overall condition.
