In 1928 the Hershey Creamery Co. began producing a card set of the very popular series “Our Gang”.While there were actually 15 cards produced if you include variations, the set is consideredcomplete at 8 – which is exactly what we have here. Obtained by Lelands directly from ChrisBenjamin, the set includes “Pete” (EX+, lite stains), Farina (EX corners, lite stains, crease), Micky(EX+, lite stains), Wheezer (EX+, lite stains, oc), Mary (EX+, lite stain reverse only), Jean (EX+, litestains), ‘Our Gang’ cameo card #1 (EX+, lite stains) and ‘Our Gang’ cameo card #2, showing each ofthe gang sitting at the beach (EX+, liter stains).It’s very difficult to find any of these cards, but here we have the complete set being offered!
