Offered here is an original movie poster from 1929, for “The Idol of Millions” which acts as a career highlight reel for Jack Dempsey, one of the greatest ring idols of all time. The poster features 12 black and white pictures surrounding the text, which reads, "Noel Pictures, Inc. presents Jack Dempsey in 'The Idol of Millions.'" Photos include Dempsey-Firpo, Dempsey-Gibbons, Dempsey-Sharkey, Dempsey-Tunney (1926 & 1927), Dempsey-Carpenter, and Dempsey-Willard (1919). A paper poster mounted on board, it displays bold color and print with bold, clear images. Not creased or torn, but original fold lines visible. Clean, but does have tack holes at corners with minor edge and surface wear. Seldom seen and you could not find a more attractive poster of this great champion, this one measures 28.5x42".
