1921 Albert Einstein Photograph - First Visit to the United States (PSA Type I)

Original Type I photograph capturing Albert Einstein during his first visit to the United States in 1921. Einstein is pictured as he poses with New York City Mayor John Hylan and professor Chaim Weizmann, head of the World Zionist Congress at a special public reception held in New York City. Five Brown Brothers credit stamps appear on the reverse, along with editorial notations and the handwritten date "4/5/21." The photo (5.75x8") has been slightly trimmed to its current dimensions and is otherwise in Excellent to Mint condition. Culled from the legendary Brown Brothers Photo Archive.
