1921 Maxfield Parrish Letter with Garden of Allah Content
Fabulous content here as Maxfield Parrish is clarifying the title of one of his most famous works, Garden of Allah. He cannot believe they sell it under that name and it was a "mistake." "The name of the picture has a silly tag to it, but the public seems to like it better: it saves any extra abstract thought. It comes from the great human love of putting all things in pigeon hole." In fact "The Garden of Allah was the name The Arabs gave to the desert." Folded otherwise EX-MT condition, includes beautiful full signature.
