1922 Battling Siki and Georges Carpentier Boxing Photo
A super rare image from the 1922 Light Heavyweight Championship fight between two Frenchmen, Battling Siki and champion George Carpentier. Siki was a crude French street fighter, but he knocked out Carpentier in the 6th to claim the title. This beautiful image measures 7 x 7.5 and is EX+ condition with NM contrast and clarity. You can see all the faces in the crowd.
