Outstanding Type I photograph of Babe Ruth used for 1924 Willard Chocolate card. The Sultan of Swat is shown at the conclusion of his mighty swing, eyes glancing skyward at yet another long ball - though this was likely posed or in practice as the surrounding stands are empty. Circa 1920 photo is 5.375x7.5" with some spotting to the bottom right corner; reverse has pencil notations including "Babe Ruth, The Homerun Star In Action," and stamps from Brown Brothers, as this originates from their collection. Encapsulated PSA Type I Authentic.
