A 1926 instructional film in original canister created by Boston Brave Leslie Mann for his baseball school. This is the "Batting" reel, and is one of 15 films created to teach players how to excel at the great game. It features players giving fundamental instructions and was filmed at Braves Field in Boston. Great ads are visible on the scoreboard like Horace Partridge, Murad Cigarettes and more. Film itself is EX+ 35mm and is about five minutes in length. Could certainly be broken down and sold frame by frame. The exterior of the canister has a sticker that reads "Leslie Mann Sportology Corp Instructive Motion Pictures / 121 Middlesex St. Springfied, Mass. / BATTING / One of the 15 films in the complete Mann course on Baseball."
