1926 St. Louis Cardinals Press Pin

1926 St. Louis Cardinals Press Pin

No National league team has won more World Series than the St. Louis Cardinals. The first of their 11 championships came in 1926, led by player-manager Rogers Hornsby, as they held off the Yankees, who were playing their fourth Series in six years. Here is the press pin that was distributed to the media at Sportsman's Park in St. Louis. It is in EX-MT condition with a threaded post and some tarnishing on the back.
