1926 Yankees Team Original Photograph (PSA Type II)
Team photo of the 1926 New York Yankees includes both Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig, and is a later-issued 1940s restrike that was made off the original negative featuring an image originally taken in 1926. Measuring 8x10", the image is slightly toned and shows players wearing their Pinstriped finery, though the familiar interlocking NY logo is appropriately not present on this year's uniform. "Cosmo Foto-Serv NY" along with the year 1926 are etched in white near the bottom front corner. Back is blank except for handwritten notation, "1926 - N.Y. Yankees." Encapsulated by PSA as Type II Authentic.
