1928 Babe Ruth Barnstorming Tour Negative
A packed house is on hand to witness The Great Bambino at the plate in this original, from-the-camera, one of a kind, cellulose negative. Shown is the immortal Babe Ruth at the plate during the 1927-28 Bustin' Babe's vs. Laurapin' Lou's barnstorming tour which also featured Yankees teammate Lou Gehrig. Negative measures 5x7" and is another fun find from the Brown Brothers archive, industry pioneers in photo aggregation starting in 1904.
