1928 Green Bay Packers Program with Curly Lambeau Cover
Purchased for only ten cents on the day it was for sale, this official program from the 1928 match-up between the Green Bay Packers and the Dayton Triangles still rouses excitement from sheer love of the game. Published by the Green Bay Football Corporation, Packers founder, coach and fullback Earl "Curly" Lambeau is presented on the cover in green ink against manila cover stock. A year later, Lambeau would stop playing and take on full coaching duties, leading the Packers to three straight championship wins. Crease at bottom right corner o/w sterling EX-MT condition.
