Tobacco manufacturers slipped cards into cigarette packs as early as 1875. At their height of popularity in the first three decades of the 20th century, most cigarette companies employed this tactic. On the front of this Bobby Jones card is a depiction of Jones blasting out of a sand trip. Above it is a head shot portrait of Jones. Tough card (1-1/2 X 2-1/8”) to find. Condition is EX-MT.
