1930 Cuban Baseball Souvenir Album from Dave Bancroft
Leather cover is stamped, "Souvenir of Exhibition Games Played in the 'Stadium Cerveza Tropical,' Havana, Cuba, October 1930." And that's exactly what it is. Twenty-one 4.5x6.5" photographs range from the ship that Bancroft sailed upon to many images from the ballpark including several of Bancroft in uniform, to various shots around town at various banquets and receptions. A thrill for baseball collectors and Cuban historians alike. All photos NRMT, and album itself is very strong as well.
