1930s-40s New York Yankees World Series Press Pins (7)
The Bronx has hosted more World Series games than any other location, and this lot commemorates many of those October Classics, namely press pins from the following years at the old Yankee Stadium: 1932, 1937, 1939, 1941, 1942, 1943 and 1947. The '41, '42 and '43 pins are missing the nuts on the backs, which could be replaced with little trouble. Overall, the collection rates EX-MT on the fronts with only slight tarnish on the backs. The '32 pin has a small scratch to the white enamel in the center and the "47 has a very slight abrasion. A very nice collection!
