1939 Red Ruffing 200th Win Trophy (20" tall)
Art deco prize was presented to the Yankee HOF pitcher following his 200th win, just over a month before teammate Lou Gehrig said his farewell. Design is very simple, with tiered brown plastic base leading up to a golden "victory" figure with laurel wreath at the top. Brass plaque on face reads, "200th Victory, N.Y. 5, Det. 2, May 24, 1939." Condition is a strong EX-MT. Originally obtained from Ruffing directly. LOA.
