Interesting selection of 54 vintage signed baseball cards from the 1930s-40s. Majority are 1940 Play Ball cards, highlights include: one 1936 Diamond Stars Dick Bartell, one 1936 Goudey Pepper Martin, one 1933 Goudey Rube Walberg, three 1941 Play Balls; Frank Hayes, Moe Arnovich and Bobby Doerr. Rest are 1939-40 Play Balls - five of the 1939 cards have the signatures pasted on, some of the better names feature: P. Dean, Cronin, Powell, Gowdy, Street, Kelly, Harris, McCormich, and more. Overall cards are Fair to Good with a few trimmed, signatures average around 6/10.
