1930s Art Lasky Fight Worn Boxing Robe
Vintage 1930s silk boxing robe worn by heavyweight Art Lasky. This attractive robe is green with silver trim and belt, "ART LASKY" sewn on back in individual yellow letters, and remains in great condition despite displaying nice use.Though he never captured and titles in his 59 career fights, he sported an impressive 44-9 career record and is famously known for fighting James Braddock to a 15-round decision loss in 1935, Braddock's last fight before taking the Heavyweight Championship from Max Baer.
