1930s Dizzy & Daffy Dean Prohibition

1930s Dizzy & Daffy Dean Prohibition "Moonshine" Bottle from St. Louis Cardinals Winter Home

This is just an incredible piece, one of only two known. Standing 5" tall, this moonshine bottle from the "Winter Home of the DEANS" comes with its original cork and great whiskey residue is visible through the clear glass. The beautifully aged label promotes "Florida Water, beneath which it reads, "This is the 'spirit' that makes one 'DIZZY' and 'DAFFY.'" McKechnie Field in Bradenton, Florida, was the Winter Home of the St. Louis Cardinals 1930-36, and this piece was obtained from a collector living 30 minutes from there, who acquired this from an estate. Part of their lore, the Deans were known for having made their own "spirits," and the label also reads, "MELLOW AS MOONSHINE." The narrow bottle itself looks perfect, with no chips or cracks.
