1930s Ebony Folk Art Executive Baseball Pen Holder
This hand-carved folk art figural pen holder for the baseball loving executive of the 1930s is of magnificent quality. It is made of the finest ebony, the most dense and exotic of woods, used in the production of valuable ornaments during this era. Figural, round very heavy ball fits snugly on rectangular wood base, which is gently carved with a cavern so the ball sits gracefully on top. Also has a place for a pen in front.
