Includes complete set of (10) Goudey R65 History of Aviation 5.5 x 5.5'' premiums highlighted by Howard Hughes, Charles Lindbergh, Eddie Rickenbacker and Wiley Post in NM-MT to Mint (very high grade!). Best of all is a complete set of (108) National Chicle Skybirds cards. Of the 1st 48 cards in the set, all have "Series of 48" backs except #44 which has a "Series of 144 back." Key cards grade: #20 Rickenbacker (VG), #23 VonRichthofen (EX), #32 Doolittle (VG-EX), #36 Lindbergh (VG-EX), #48 Earhart (VG-EX), #49 Orville Wright (VG), #62 Wiley Post (VG-EX), #72 Spirit of St Louis (VG), #108 Fokker D 8 (EX). The scarce high numbers are a very consistent VG-EX to EX. Condition is about 10% EX, 40% VG-EX, 40% VG and 10% lesser. 1941 Skybirds Set of 24.
