1930s Hal Trosky Cleveland Indians Game Used Hat and Glove

1930s Hal Trosky Cleveland Indians Game Used Hat and Glove

These terrific items originally came from the family of Hal Trosky, and both items come with letters detailing their provenance. First is a dark colored cap with lighter blue woven "C" on the front - the "C" shows some wear with a few torn threads. The leather band inside has a small split at the back of the body of the hat, and a small button is missing from the top. The right-handed first baseman's mitt is a Hal Trosky professional model by Spalding, which shows beautiful use and some cracking of the leather at the edges. Trosky led the American League with 162 RBI in 1936 and is a member of the Cleveland Indians Hall of Fame.
