1930s Lou Gehrig Beefcake Photo

1930s Lou Gehrig Beefcake Photo

Hands down, the wildest, weirdest photo ever of Lou Gehrig. It's unclear why the courtly Iron Horse agreed to flex his mass of muscles clad only in a skimpy "caveman" loincloth and swinging a prehistoric "bat." More than a few women who saw this shot were happy he did, though the rather quizzical look on his face is anything but. The 7 1/4 x 9 1/4" photo has minor creasing in two corners o/w NRMT with perfect contrast.
