A fun collection of material that dates mostly from the 1930s, each negative is in its original envelope from the archive of the San Francisco Examiner newspaper. Measuring 4x5” there is great content here, with more than 75 pieces: tons of sports including baseball (American Legion, California material), football, golf, tennis, boxing, lots of football, Ford Motor, railroad Prez, narcotics, drugs, ships, movie stars, actors, theater and more. About half are copy negatives and some glass plate. The overall conditions are EX-MT.
