1931 Boris Karloff "Frankenstein" (Spanish) and Signed Theatre Program "Arsenic and Old Lace"
This lot consists of two vintage Boris Karloff programs; one autographed by Karloff. First there is a 1931single-fold color flier (in Spanish) promoting Karloff's film "Frankenstein." The piece measures 4 1/2 x 6 1/2" and is clean and crisp with no rips or tears. Also, we have a playbill from the Lyceum Theatre in Minneapolis for Boris Karloff in "Arsenic and Old Lace." This circa-1941 eight-page black and white program is signed on the front cover by Karloff. It measures 6 x 9" and shows two small tears along the edge of the cover and one along the fold line at the very bottom of the program. There is also a crease at the bottom right corner. Both pieces are in quite remarkable condition considering their age.
