Cards from this set do not commonly show up on the market. One of the last caramel baseball card issues, the 1932 set produced by U.S. Caramel of Boston was made up of 32 athletes featuring 27 baseball. At the time of issue, these were redeemable (a full set) for a baseball or fielder’s glove. This accounts for the scarcity of the set. This prominent example of #7 Joe Cronin is graded PSA 8 NM-MT. It is the highest graded example available, as none are graded higher. Blazing corners and a vibrant head shot against a rich, red background make for one visually appealing card from this scarce issue.
