1935 Babe Ruth Signed Album Page With "The Babe's" Fingerprints Outlined

"The Bambino" affixed a strong signature on this page and it is dated July 26 1935, when a 40-year-old Ruth came to the opening of Alley Pond Park In Queens with New York City Mayor Laguardia, The legendary slugger and American icon had just retired from the Boston Braves a month earlier and was adjusting to his life as a former player. The Little girl who received this autograph carefully traced where the Babe held her album and notated "The Babe's Finger Prints." Ruth's signature grades a solid 8/9 out of 10 and it is PSA/DNA authenticated. After his retirement as a player, "The Babe" had hoped for a job as a major league manager, alas no franchise was willing to afford him that opportunity, something that bothered the Hall of Famer until his dying day in 1948. He never worked in baseball again.
