1935 Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer NFL Schedule Poster
Very rare PBR advertising display piece has photos of some of the best players in NFL history with the likes of Bronko Nagurski, Dutch Clark, Don Hutson, Ken Strong, Bill Hewitt and 13 others. The mostly black and white poster which has some spot red color has retained a sharp tonal quality evident in both the photographs as well as the illustrations. The poster lists the playing schedule for the entire 1935 National Football League. The poster measures approximately 22 1/2" x 32" and the top and bottom have a metal strip which helps keep the paper straight when hung. The 1/4" metal stripping has probably also played a role in preserving the quality of the poster, helping to keep the top and bottom edges free from damage. The overall condition is beautiful with some slight tears along the left edge and two small tears at the top and bottom being the only detractors.
