1935 Shrine Game Signed Football with Future President Gerald Ford
Amazing piece of political and football memorabilia. Thirty-five signatures on this ball signed at the 1935 East-West game at Kezar Stadium in San Francisco. Signatures include (President) Gerald Ford, and All Americans Pug Lund, Butch Larson, Charles Hartwig, George Maddox, Cotton Warburton, Monk Moscrip and Morely Drury. They have added their schools as well. On a Rawlings Zuppke ball with large "East West" in red paint. The ball itself is deflated but is o/w excellent. The signatures average about 5/10 with the all-important Ford being about the same.
