1936-37 Green Bay Packers Pictorial Mailing Envelopes (5)
The 1930s was a highly prosperous decade for cheeseheads. The Green bay Packers began the decade with their third straight NFL championship, then added another in 1936, when some of these envelopes were in circulation, All were used, though the stamps have been removed from the fronts. There are excellent team photos on the backs of the 1936 (3) squad and 1937 (2) squad with the return address of "Junction Hotel" printed on each. There is some staining and tears where the letters were opened and rate VG condition overall.
