1936 Olympic Baseball Ticket

1936 Olympic Baseball Ticket

The first Olympic baseball game in 24 years was played in Berlin on August 12, 1936, and this scarce ticket comes from that demonstration event at Olympic Stadium. Over 90-thousand spectators were on hand to watch two American teams go at it, with the "World Champions" team defeating the "U.S. Olympics" team, 6-5. This ticket features red, blue and green print on hits face and a black-and-white map of the stadium on the reverse.
