1937 Nebraska vs Iowa Football Program Starring Nile Kinnick
Fantastic and rare college football program from a 1937 game between Nebraska and Iowa featuring Nile Kinnick, who won the Heisman Trophy in 1939. Kinnick was a standout at the University of Iowa, but decided not to pursue football after college, instead joining the Navy in 1941. The decision proved fatal, however, when Kinnick died in a training flight in 1943. The cover of this gorgeous program shows a football leaving Memorial Stadium like a rocket, with the words "Tales of the Cornhuskers" in its wake. It is in EX-MT condition.
