1938 Detroit Lions Pen & Ink Illustration by Early Batman Artist Sheldon Moldoff
Before he drew bats, famed comic book artist Bob Kane penned Lions. The creator of the DC Superhero Batman was born Robert Kahn in New York CIty just over a century ago, and became a Hall of Fame artist, cutting his teeth on illustrations such as this 10x11.5" depiction of an unidentified Lions ball carrier. The colorful artwork is on cardboard and is in EX condition.
