This wonderful Wheaties Bat-O-Ball, endorsed by Yankee pitching great Lefty Gomez, “will improve your batting eye.” Very rare, 1938, bat-shaped paddle for this Wheaties premium. It is signed "To Barry (Halper) Best Wishes Vernon Lefty Gomez" in 8/10 felt tip pen. Condition is EX-MT+ and unused. Though it is missing rubber ball and string, its charm remains.
