1938 Notre Dame Joseph DeFranco National Championship Sweater
Tremendous 1938 Notre Dame football letterman's cardigan worn by Joseph DeFranco commemorating the Fighting Irish's National Championship season. Heavy weight sweater is navy blue with fuzzy ND letters in yellow, shows nice use with a repair to the bottom back, fraying at the sleeves, and one of the three buttons is missing while another is broken. Lot comes with 1938 Notre Dame football team 19x7.5" panorama sealed in plastic, as well as DeFranco's Knute Rockne Award certificate heralding the team's 8-1 record.
